Versatile and easy to use, the largest in our range of Tow and Ferts, the Multi 4000 is perfect for those larger farms requiring a versatile machine for a variety of applications.
The Tow and Fert Multi 400 is designed to be towed by a tractor of minimum 110hp.
It uses the PTO at 1000rpm for mixing & agitation and hydraulics to run the specifically designed 3” trash pump found on all other Tow and Fert models for spraying.
With the patented agitation technology in the tank, you can simply empty 1 tonne bags of fine particle fertiliser directly into water without any pre-mixing or messy work. Combined with the optional crane, you can load 5 tonne of fertiliser product into the Tow and Fert in just 15 minutes.
With up to a 24 metre spread, the Multi 4000 can cover 1 hectare in just 3 minutes at 12 km/hr (8 mph). With a capacity of up to 40 hectares per load, this Tow and Fert makes light work of a large job.

Optional Add-Ons
Load Scales
The scales kit separates the tank from the chassis on the load sensitive bars and continually weighs what is in the tank. When calculating mixes using the supplied calculator software, the outputs are in kilograms which make filling the base liquid and fertiliser products accurate.
Dual Boom
The 100% stainless steel dual boom kit doubles the spray width to approx. 20 metres and is mounted on break-away joints in case you misjudge the distance to the fence post. Without the dual boom kit, is a basic single nozzle system achieving 10 metre spray width.
In Cab Control
The spray operation and boom control can be done from the comfort of your tractor. The Tow and Fert (*Dual Boom model only) features a wired connection so you never need to get in and out of your vehicle meaning it is fast and accurate to operate.
In Line Filtration
The filter kit is plumbed between the pump and spray nozzle and filters all the flow through a 3mm filter basket. This is easily accessible and can be cleaned in less than a minute with no tools.
Suction Kit
The suction kit gives you the ability to use the pump on the machine to suck from an external liquid sources – an effluent pond or trough. This includes a 6 metre hose, mesh filter, firefighting nozzle, non-return valve for the pump and shutoff valve from the tank suction port.
